In-house Mold Test Facility

Meticulous Assembly and In-house Testing Ensure Peak Mold Performance & Satisfaction

The careful job of final component inspection and mold assembly at Caco Pacific is accomplished by our highly skilled lead mold-makers and project managers.

After mold assembly is complete, your mold moves into our in-house test facility. With machines ranging in size from 100 to 550 tons and top-notch auxiliary equipment, we can reproduce your most efficient molding process parameters.

We fully test and debug all molds whether new or refurbished. For your final acceptance, you are invited to witness your mold running fully automatic. If you prefer, we have several vacant fully-serviced bays (with power, water and air) where we can place a customer's machine and product handling equipment and test/debug the mold in a complete molding system. A number of our customers take advantage of our systems development on a regular basis.
