The Interactive Process Manager, Caco Pacific's IPM, provides a level of mold control never before possible. For the first time, the mold itself has intelligence and will be able to communicate with other injection molding equipment such as the molding machine, a host computer, pressure transducers, valve gate opening/closing verification, cooling/heating water flow/temperatures, and more.

With The Interactive Process Manager, your mold can now do much more than control its own temperatures. Now it can control sequences, process monitoring, molding conditions and set up parameters. It can communicate process parameters, alarms and status updates to other satellite equipment and auxiliaries. It is now possible to restrain the actions of other equipment until the mold has reached the proper operating conditions for automatic production of molded parts. This feature reduces the potential of producing sub-standard parts during the warm-up periods and significantly reduces the possibility of damage to the mold.
