CACO PACIFIC offers the following benefits to full time employees

 

Health and Life Insurance:

  • We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage to employees and their dependents.

  • We offer supplemental insurance products, as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through AFLAC.

  • Employee contributions for health insurance are run through our Cafeteria Plan to help reduce taxes for employees.

  • We have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist employees in getting help with personal issues such as family counseling, legal aid, and mental health problems.

Paid Time Off:

  • In lieu of vacation and sick pay, Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits are provided to employees based on length of service with the company.

  • Ten paid holidays are scheduled per year.

  • Paid time is available for bereavement of certain family members.

Retirement:

  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - An ESOP is a  type of profit sharing plan that is maintained by the Company.  Participants gain company ownership and share the profits and long term growth of the company through this fund based on their yearly earnings on a tax deferred basis.

  • 401(k) Plan - This is a tax deferred savings and investment program which allows employees to set aside a portion of their gross earnings for retirement. The Company matches contributions within certain limits.

  • Educational Reimbursement - Caco Pacific offers educational assistance to help employees further their careers and prepare for present and future job responsibilities within the Company.
